How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 or 2 business days of payment of order. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. We trust the "estimated delivery date" from our carriers. You can see your order ETA in the checkout.

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Can I exchange my order if it’s not the right fit?

Yes, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund. In the "reason for return" section, select your reason and type the correct size you need in the "notes" section. Once the return is accepted, we will exchange the item for the correct size and ship it to you!

If we are out of stock, we will notify you and continue with your return. Once size is back in stock, will will notify you so that you can place a new order.

How do I process a return?

If you have a customer account, you can navigate to your "orders" tab and select the order, click "manage" and select "request refund"

If you don't have an account, you can find your order details in your email. Once in your order email, select the "view order" button. Choose the "request refund" option.
